Victory

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
2 Timothy 4:7-8

Mom is with Jesus. We are so thankful for her life, for the time that we have had with her the last few years, and for her strong faith in Christ and her love for all of us.

Even when we know they have transitioned to a better place, it is very hard to overcome the loss of a parent or spouse. Ginny and I extend our love and support to you and Mary's entire family during this period. You continue to be in our prayers.

Aunt Mary walked this terribly difficult path with a smile on her face. Her love for you all and her love for and faith in Jesus was so evident through every step. You all are on our hearts and in our prayers. Amy, thank you for so faithfully keeping us up to date through every step. Love, Erin & Jim

My heartfelt love and prayers for all of you. Mary was a dear woman of God and now she is with her Jesus. Prayers for comfort and His strength for those who love her and must wait for that joyful reunion. Linda Muir

So sorry to hear of passing. Was praying for a miracle but I guess God wanted her home. Blessing to you and your family as you honor and remember your beautiful mother. Know that folks around the South Bay are praying for you all.

Miss Me but let me go

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room,
Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little-- but not for too long,
And not with your head bowed low,
remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me but let me go.

For this is a journey that we all must take,
And each must go alone.
It's all part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart
Go to the friends we know,
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds,
Miss me-- but let me go...

I picked this for my mom when she died to years ago.
I'm so sorry for your loss.
